Minutes for April 23, 2013 General Members Meeting

Treasurer’s Financial Report
$3,700 as of April 23. Deposit about $1783 a month in this account and $1720 is taken out for MEA dues and sent to Helena. Annual renewal for sign in gym and one on the football field $75. November $380 for conference food. 10% for administrative fees will be deposited in MEA account before scholarships are awarded.

Signers for scholarship account
Sue Flanary and Wade VanNess will be added as signers. Becky Sprague and Rhonda Hammond will be removed as signers. Approved by general members. Executive Committee will draft a letter authorizing this. Next week signers will need to stop by Glacier Bank and complete signature cards.
