Still waiting for specific wording from Jim Mepham. This will be an item that will be on the negotiations list.Tiered system is not of interest to the majority of staff members.
Negotiations
Heather Dunn, John Hammond, Corina Henrie have volunteered. We need high school and middle school representation. John Hammond will plan the first meeting for the end of February. Rob, Shelly, Heather and Angela should have information to assist after their attendance at the Feb 5-6 workshop in Missoula.
Sick Leave Bank
There are still 116 hours left in the current bank. Changes in this need to be discussed at staff meetings.Wording of this needs to be cleaned up in the contract.
Documentation
This is essential before the Union can represent. Be as specific as possible. Document applicable interactions with students, parents, administrators and other staff members.
