1. Retirement incentive will be offered each year by the the March Board mtg. Employees will have until Jun 15th to accept incentive.
2. Extra Duty accepted with language added to limit to jobs which require teacher certificate.
3. Insurance Benefit as written in language.
4. 1.5% of base
5. BA+45 - to MA+45 add 16 year lane.
